The Argentina midfielder will officially sign for l'OM before the weekend...
On Tuesday evening, Porto and Marseille both released statetements on their official websites claiming an agreement in principle for Lucho to move to the French club had been reached.
The 28-year-old midfielder arrived in Oporto earlier today to finalise his departure from the Dragons, whom he joined in 2005 from River Plate.
Lucho declined to comment on his new challenge, but noted that he will address the media on Friday, when he is due to undergo a medical with Marseille.
The Argentina international, who has agreed an €18 million move to Marseille, is expected to pen a four-year contract with the French giants.
