thumbnail Hello,

The striker is expected to leave Le Havre this summer following their relegation from Ligue 1...

Amadou Alassane has said he is flattered to have been linked with a potential move to the Premier League during the close season.

It has been speculated that Hull City are keeping tabs on the striker who is expected to leave Le Havre following their relegation from Ligue 1.

Apparently, the Tigers are preparing an offer in the region of €1.1 million (£1m) for the 26-year-old, and it seems he would welcome a transfer to the KC Stadium.

"I am delighted to have been noticed by one of the biggest leagues in the world, if not the best," Alassane told Sky Sports.

"I am calm and waiting to see, but to play in the Premier League will be fantastic for my career."

Despite Le Club Doyen finishing bottom of Ligue 1, 14 points adrift of safety, Alassane had a rather impressive 2008/09 season scoring 10 goals in 32 appearances.
