According to a report in the British tabloid The News of the World, Premier League outfit Fulham are eyeing a move for FC Twente's Marko Arnautovic at the end of the season.
It was claimed recently that Chelsea were considering making a €14 million (£12.3m) for the versatile forward, who can play on the wing or as a striker.
However, his agent has recently dismissed the speculation linking him with the Blues, insisting that a move to Italian giants Inter was close to completion.
Now, though, it is thought that the Cottagers are ready to pounce for the four-time capped Austria international.
It seems unlikely, however, that the 20-year-old, who has scored 12 goals in 28 Eredivisie appearances this season, will move to Craven Cottage, considering the likes of Inter and Chelsea are being mooted as possible destinations.
