June will see the opening of the traditional summer transfer market. Mass movements are anticipated. In Europe, many players are likely to change clubs, especially those at the end of their contracts. In this context, a dossier is presented, bearing the names of all the players in Ligue 1 who will soon be free of any commitment and are available to leave their clubs on the Bosman ruling.

Below is a chart in which players from each of France’s elite clubs at the end of their loan deals or contracts are listed. These include Yoann Gourcuff (Bordeaux), Jeremy Mathieu (Toulouse) and Camel Meriem (Monaco). Note that teams like Sochaux, Nice and Grenoble will have to work hard this summer because many players are out of contract.
