The Giallorossi sit five points behind Juventus in Serie A but their veteran captain wants them to continue chasing an unlikely Scudetto

Roma skipper Francesco Totti has urged his side to keep fighting for the Serie A title after they claimed a 3-1 win over Atalanta.

The Giallorossi have enjoyed an extraordinary season, having lost just twice in the league, but sit five points behind Juventus, having played a game more than the current champions.

However, with five games left in the season, Totti wants to keep the pressure up on the Bianconeri as they chase an unlikely Scudetto triumph.

"It wasn't easy to win against Atalanta," he told reporters.

"Now we have to go forward while there is still a chance of winning the title."

Roma's next Serie A game is a daunting trip to the Artemio Franchi to face Fiorentina on April 19.
