The midfielder is eager to decide the title race as soon as possible and expects a difficult game against Parma in midweek
The Turin giants currently hold a 14-point lead over second-placed Roma in the league table and the 30-year-old is hopeful they can soon celebrate their third successive Scudetto.
"The group’s strength is certainly a positive aspect. As the manager often says we’re doing something incredible," Padoin told Juventus TV.
"Hats off to those who are chasing us, such as Roma and Napoli, but we never give in.
"We keep winning and hope the Scudetto will arrive as soon as possible."
Padoin then looked ahead to Wednesday's encounter with Parma and warned his team-mates that the Ennio Tardini side should not be underestimated.
"It will be a close one. They’ve only picked up a few less points than we have in 2014, they’re in great physical and mental shape and will come wanting to win the game.
"However, they’ll be up against a Juventus side who don’t want to give anyone a way out."
