M'Baye Niang has admitted he will have to improve his finishing if he is to become a key player at AC Milan.
The Frenchman put in a number of impressive displays for the Rossoneri in 2012-13 and has already made 20 Serie A appearances for Milan at the tender age of 18.
Nevertheless, Niang has yet to score his first goal in the Italian top flight and is desperate to end his scoring drought as soon as possible.
"I have to work hard and listen to the coach and management staff. I can do well and I want to score goals this year," the attacker told Milan Channel.
"Hopefully I will play well. Last year I played some good matches, but the latter part of the season was tough for me. Now I want to score and I have to improve in front of the goal where I need to be calmer."
Niang's only goal for Milan so far came in the 3-0 Coppa Italia win over Reggina in December 2012.
