Earlier in the week the Rossoneri dismissed speculation linking Allegri with a possible move to Roma at the end of the campaign.
And Balotelli - who netted a late winner in the 1-0 victory over Torino on Sunday - has praised his coach and says he will be among those convincing him to stay at San Siro.
Speaking to Mediaset Premium, Balotelli said: "All goals are important and beautiful, including my penalty from last Sunday.
"Under Allegri, I've found that things have gone really well. I think he will stay, I like him very much and I will do everything to make him stay."
Juventus were crowned champions of Italy on Sunday for a second successive year, and Balotelli insists Antonio Conte's men deserve the title.
"I want to congratulate Juventus, they deserved to win the Scudetto," he added.
