The young defender is eagerly anticipating the match versus Fiorentina and has urged his team-mates to remain focused on securing Champions League football
The Rossoneri currently sit third in the standings, trailing second-placed Napoli by two points, and De Sciglio is desperate to leapfrog the Partenopei in order to secure automatic qualification for the Champions League.
"We’ll have to be very careful going into Sunday’s game and try and make as few mistakes as we can," De Sciglio told Milan Channel.
"We know what our strengths are and we’re turning into a really great team. We’re aiming for second place in the league and that means that the next three games are really fundamental for us.
"We’ll have to go into these games with the same mentally that we’ve shown in the last few games."
Sunday's encounter at the Artemio Franchi is scheduled to kick off at 12:30CET.
