Bojan: AC Milan should have beaten Sampdoria
The former Barcelona attacker was far from satisfied with the Rossoneri's draw as he felt they should have recorded a victory in order to climb in the standings
Bojan Krkic believes that AC Milan should have picked up the full three points against Sampdoria in Sunday's Serie A encounter in order to take advantage of the disappointing results of their rivals this weekend.Fiorentina and Roma were beaten at the weekend, but Milan had to settle for a scoreless draw versus Samp and they remain seventh in the standings with 31 points from 20 matches.
"We went for the win just like we always do. Given the other results this weekend, we really should have bagged the full three points," Bojan told reporters.
"It was a difficult pitch, though, and they were high on confidence after their big win over Juventus last week.
"We can also look on the bright side of this result, though. We need points and we have to do better in the second half of the season than we did before the winter break."
The Rossoneri resume Serie A action at home against Bologna on January 20.
