Emanuelson: A new AC Milan will be born

The Dutchman is confident that the Rossoneri will be fighting for top honours again, despite the departure of several first team regulars

The Dutchman has admitted that the duo's exit is a blow for the Rossoneri, but remains confident that adequate replacements will be brought in before the 2012-13 season kicks off.
"It is difficult to digest Ibra and Thiago leaving, but now a new Milan will be born," Emanuelson was quoted as saying on the official Milan website.
"This team must always play to win even without them. The club will think about bringing in new players."
The former Ajax star then went on to discuss his personal ambitions, and stressed that he is determined to make an impact at the San Siro side.
"I want to do well here at Milan, that is what I am working towards."
Emanuelson made 30 Serie A appearances in 2011-12, scoring twice in the process.
