Roma coach Luis Enrique has informed his players that he will leave the club at the end of the season, Sky Sport Italia report.
The Spanish coach has been under fire in recent months after failing to guide the Giallorossi to a place in Europe.
The 42-year-old has refused to discuss his future at the Stadio Olimpico, and pictures taken at the team's training session on Thursday show Luis Enrique addressing his backroom staff.
It is believed that he will announce his decision to quit the Serie A outfit in Saturday's pre-match news conference.
Former Chelsea coach Andre Villas-Boas is in pole position to take over from Luis Enrique, with the Portuguese coach having discussed this possibility for the first time in February.
Last week, Goal.com revealed exclusively that Villas-Boas is closing in on the role after the Spaniard told Roma's board of his inention to leave.
