The young Italian international has spoken about his four-year spell in England as well as revealing Francesco Totti is the reason why he does not take free-kicks
The striker, who recently signed on a co-ownership with Parma in January, has exploded into life in his debut season with the capital side, leading the team's goalscoring charts with nine goals in 17 appearances.
The 20-year-old has spoken to Roma Channel about the secret behind his success, as well as his four-year stint in England: "I'm well here. I never thought I would adapt here so quickly," he admitted.
"My secret? Surely my ambition. I always want to achieve something more. My task is to finalise what we construct all the way from the back, by the goalie.
Moving on to his spell in England, Borini says it was a good learning experience: "I was not disappointed with my English experience: in those four years I think I gave everything and received all that I could have."
Finally, looking at his time so far at Roma, he commented on the possibility of taking free-kicks during matches: "We try! But we know that Totti is in command and it is right that it's this way," he noted.
Borini and Roma take on Genoa on Monday at home at 20:45CET.
