Diego Forlan ruled out of Inter's Coppa Italia clash against Genoa

Inter have announced on their official website that Diego Forlan will not take part in the Coppa Italia match against Genoa on Wednesday due to a thigh injury.
The Uruguay international came on as an injury-time substitute in his side's 1-0 derby victory against AC Milan on Sunday.
However, after feeling persistent discomfort in his right thigh, Forlan underwent a scan on Wednesday, which revealed a strain of the rectus femoris muscle.
The 32-year-old striker has been plagued by injuries since joining Inter from Atletico Madrid in the summer, making just 11 competitive appearances to date for the Serie A side.
