The Italy international, 29, has been linked with a move to Ligue 1 since the summer.

Palermo have good relations with PSG having sold Javier Pastore and Salvatore Sirigu to them during the last transfer window, and there will be no issues over Balzaretti.
"Balzaretti is like my son and so the choice is his. Palermo will not stand in his way," Zamparini told the press.

Balzaretti's deal in Sicily expires in 2013 and Palermo take on his former club Juventus on Sunday afternoon.
