Stephan El Shaarawy's agent dismisses rumours of AC Milan exit

The attacking midfielder joined the Scudetto winners in a co-ownership deal from Genoa in the summer, but has been linked with a loan move to Fiorentina in January
Stephan El Shaarawy will not be leaving AC Milan in the January transfer window, according to his agent, despite rumours linking him with a move to Fiorentina.

The 18-year-old playmaker has had fleeting appearances for Massimiliano Allegri's men, but due to his not being guaranteed first-team football, it was thought he may be keen on a loan move in the new year.

Despite this, according to Roberto La Florio the Savona-born teenager will not be leaving the Giuseppe Meazza.

"I’ve read the stories too, but I don’t know anything about them," the representative told Tuttomercatoweb.

“However, it would be strange for Milan to let go of a player who they have recently invested so heavily on.

“I don’t think that Milan will let him go just six months after his arrival. The agreed project was that he would mature and be managed at Milanello," he concluded.
