The Brazilian youngster has set his sights on a move to Stadio Olimpico this summer as he's keen to leave his native country for EuropeSao Paulo midfielder Casemiro has expressed his desire to leave his current club for Roma before the summer transfer window closes on August 31.
Casemiro is one of the most sought-after Brazilian youngsters around following his excellent performances in 2011 and the midfielder has been linked with AC Milan, Inter and Roma in the past few months. The midfielder says he would prefer a move to Stadio Olimpico. though.
"I have always dreamed of playing for the Giallorossi [Roma]. If there's an opportunity for me to join Roma I'd like to find a solution where all parties involved are happy," Casemiro was quoted as saying by Il Corriere dello Sport.
The 19-year-old midfielder has a contract with Sao Paulo until February 2015 and is unlikely to be cheap.
Casemiro was part of the Brazil Under-20 squad that won the World Cup in Colombia earlier this month.
