AC Milan told to sign Napoli's Marek Hamsik
By Salvatore Landolina
Jun 12, 2011 1:13:00 PM
Gianluigi Buffon's agent has told the Serie A champions side to do all they can to sign the Slovakian playmaker despite Adriano Galliani stating that a move is not planned
AC Milan should sign Napoli ace Marek Hamsik, says Italian football agent Silvano Martina.Martina is not Hamsik's agent, but he does feel the Rossoneri would be wise to invest. His comments mirror what Milan defender Gianluca Zambrotta said recently when he claimed the Slovakian international would fit into the squad well.
However, the view from Naples has been less than clear as president Aurelio De Laurentiis stated that his side was "not a supermarket" and said "Hamsik has no price as he is not for sale."
But Martina, a transfer market expert, has different ideas and speaking to Tuttomercatoweb.com, he said: "Milan like Hamsik a lot and they should do everything to sign him."
Those words contrast with AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani who claimed Hamsik was not part of the club's plans.
The 23-year-old is tied to the San Paolo-based side until 2015 following his move there from Brescia in 2007.
