Pastore, 21, has been linked with Real Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Inter, Juventus and Roma, and while club president Maurizio Zamparini recently claimed he would not be sold, Simonian was not so sure.
Simonian said "no" when asked by Tuttomercatoweb as to whether he was 100 per cent sure of a stay at the Stadio Renzo Barbera.
"Every player in the world has his price," he added.
"He was struggling for two months as he was plagued with fitness issues, but he’s in good shape now and is back at his [best] levels."
Palermo play Chievo in their final game of the season on Sunday evening in Serie A.
