Parma coach Pasquale Marino was satisfied with his side’s 1-1 draw against high flying Lazio.
“It’s always important to pick up points when facing sides of Lazio’s calibre,” the coach declared to RaiSport.
“This afternoon they demonstrated to be worth their second place in the standings and my men did extremely well to hold on at times.
“Maybe we were a little bit hard-done-by when we conceded on the stroke of halftime but my men showed the right spirit out there.
“Despite the many problems we have right now I was delighted to see the side fight for every ball.
“Now we must prepare for a tough game at San Siro against a wounded Inter outfit. It won’t be easy but we have grown in recent weeks and I feel my side is in good health.”
