Sampdoria midfielder Vladimir Koman is disappointed after seeing his side throw away a lead against Metalist in the Europa League.
It was Koman who fired his side into a deserved lead, but the Ukrainians overturned the result to emerge triumphant.
"It's a shame as I was not able to celebrate my first Sampdoria goal in the way I wanted," he told the club's official website.
"It could have been a different night for us, instead we are speaking about a loss.
"We are dominating the game, but then we don't know what happened after that.
"We were unable to close the game, and they came back."
However, there is hope and promise from Koman, who targets revenge for the game at the Marassi.
"We have all the chances of getting through the group and I am sure that we will beat them at home."
