No One Is Indispensable At Milan, But We Are All Behind Massimiliano Allegri - Clarence Seedorf

Clarence Seedorf insists unity is holding Milan together.
Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf is at pains to stress there is no unrest within the dressing room and says success will be achieved in communion with the rest of the squad.

Seedorf has come under fire recently after suggesting Milan play for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, dragging Massmiliano Allegri's tactics into the spotlight.

But he has been quick to review his stance, insisting his side are a team that works for each other.

"The criticisms? I would never criticise our coach because he is doing a great job," he told Sky Sport Italia.

"The different formations? We have to do what the coach says. The important thing is to keep a winning mentality.

"It's obvious we always want to win and get better and so sometimes you have to look at things.

"Ronaldinho? No one here is indispensable. When you have so many great players we all have to work hard for each other and we have to be professional and be ready for the coach."

And the glue of faith is holding it all together at Milanello.

"There is tranquility and belief in the dressing room and we know what we want to win this season," he added.

"We want to achieve better play and fluidity and we can do this through training. In the meantime we have to win games and improve together.

"We are all happy with Allegri and everyone is behind him. He can give us what we need to get back on top."
