Milan are keen on Mario Balotelli, and Luciano Moggi claims that will be the Manchester City striker's next move.
Balotelli has only just started his Premier League adventure, albeit with an injury-plagued start as he appears set for surgery on an injured knee.
But, after Milan CEO Adriano Galliani said he would "like to have Balotelli at Milan", on Wednesday, Moggi, the former Juventus transfer chief, claims the deal will happen in future.
"If Balotelli leaves City then he will go to Milan. In Italy the Rossoneri are in pole position," Moggi told Diretta Stadio.
"Balotelli has already attracted their attention and Milan could secure him."
Balotelli is in Pavia and he could have surgery to his injured knee later - a scenario which could rule him out for six weeks, according to reports.
