Official: Napoli Sign Benfica Midfielder Hassan Yebda On Season Long Loan
Algeria midfielder to spend season in Serie A...
By Paul Madden
Yebda joined the Portuguese giants in 2008 but spent last season on loan at Premier League side Portsmouth and appears to have been deemed surplus to requirements at Estadio de Luz once again with Jorge Jesus having a wealth of options in midfield and makes the switch to Stadio San Paolo in search of regular first team football.
The 24-year-old French born Algeria international becomes the Azzurri's second loan signing of the summer after Uruguayan forward Edinson Cavani arrived from Palermo.
