Chievo striker Pablo Granoche has rubbished the rumours surrounding his possible departure from the Flying Donkeys.
The Uruguayan has been linked with moves to Napoli and Grosseto, but the players says they are only "journalistic inventions".
"No one has made contact with me. The links to Napoli and Grossetto are only journalistic inventions," Granoche told TMW. "The club has never told me that I am on the transfer market.
"My aim is to be more prominent and useful this season for Chievo compared to last year."
Chievo take on Catania in the side's opening match to the season.
