Inter Have Not Called For Villarreal Striker Giuseppe Rossi - Agent
The player's representative has not heard from the Nerazzurri yet...
By Adam Scime
The agent of Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi, Andrea Pastorello, has informed the press that Inter have not made any inquiries regarding his client.
The former Manchester United man had been tipped to replace Mario Balotelli at the San Siro should the teenager leave for the English Premier League this summer.
"For now, Inter have not contacted us, but it could be a possibility," he claimed in an interview with Tuttomercatoweb.
"In any case, they must first resolve the situation regarding Balotelli."
The 23-year-old former Manchester United forward was disappointingly left off of Italy's World Cup 2010 squad by former coach Marcello Lippi. He has scored 45 times in 122 appearances in all competitions since moving to the Yellow Submarine in 2007.
