The agent of Flamengo striker Adriano has said his client is in no rush to wrap up a possible transfer to Roma, insisting they have plenty of time to mull over a move to the Italian capital.
"At the moment there is nothing,” Gilmar Rinaldi told Tuttomercatoweb.
“It's too early to talk of a move to Rome for Adriano, we will have the time to do it later," he added.
The 28-year-old Brazilian, who spent the bulk of his career in Serie A before returning to Brazil with Flamengo following personal problems, has been hotly tipped for a return to European football next season with Roma emerging as the front-runners for his signature.
Following his omission from Dunga’s Brazil squad for the World Cup, Adriano is said to be concentrating on the Brasileiro (Brazil’s domestic top flight) with Flamengo and will make a decision on his future over the summer.
