Serie A side Milan are on the verge of signing highly rated Hajduk Split striker Marko Livaja, according to Tuttosport newspaper.
The report claims Milan have already completed negotiations with the Croatian side and Livaja, who will turn 17 in August, is expected to join the Italians for the start of the 2010-11 season. The youngster was previously linked with city rivals Inter, but the latest news suggests a deal in close with the Diavolo.
Livaja has 20 caps to his name for the Croatian under-17 national side and may ply his trade in the Rossoneri youth team next term or be loaned out to gain experience.
