Adriano Galliani: Chelsea Target Alexandre Pato Will Stay At Milan

The Rossoneri will keep hold of their top stars this summer.

Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani has reiterated that Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato is going nowhere.

Several reports have suggested in recent weeks that the Serie A giants will look to cash in on the 20-year-old this summer.

And the Corriere dello Sport alleges this morning that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has lined up a mega-bid to take the ex-Internacional man to Stamford Bridge, where he would reunite with former Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti.

But Galliani told La Gazzetta dello Sport: “I’m 100 per cent sure that Pato will remain here. Milan will not put their best players up for sale.”

Meanwhile, Pato is expected to resume full training with the rest of the Milan squad today after recovering from a hamstring injury and could play a part against Genoa on Sunday.
