The Orobici tactician is ready to upset the Nerazzurri...Atalanta coach Bortolo Mutti is ready to bring in phase two of his Serie A rescue plan against Inter on Saturday knowing full well the game could make the difference between survival and relegation.
A win could see them move out of the relegation zone, and while the battle of ideas is less easily won on the pitch, Mutti has confidence of derailing the Nerazzurri's Scudetto hopes for his team's own benefit.
"I am expecting a game of great difficulty," he told Radio Anch'io lo Sport.
"But we have to do everything possible to continue hoping. Inter will want to beat us even though some of their first choice players may be absent because of the games against Barcelona."
A 2-1 win over Fiorentina on Sunday has acted as the springboard to potential safety, and Mutti has reminded his men more effort is required for the cause.
"This is a moment in which everyone is giving everything. We have two games away from home with Inter and Napoli and then we play Bologna and Palermo," he concluded.
