Juventus Defender Martin Caceres Looking For Barcelona Consent To Undergo Surgery - Report
The Uruguayan international will have an operation if Barca deem it necessary...
By Adam Scime
The Urguayan is on loan in Turin this season and the Bianconeri doctors have decided it is best for him to go under the knife, but as he is still owned by the Blaugrana they require their own evaluation before proceeding.
Should the Spanish champions give their consent to the operation, the former Recreativo full-back will then fly to Germany to have surgery.
Caceres has not played in over a month and was recently diagnosed with an abdominal strain. The player's agent had suggested that his client was likely to remain with Juventus next season.
