Mauro Camoranesi: Third Place Possible For Juventus
The Italian wing man is confident Champions League qualification can be achieved...
By Salvatore Landolina
Mauro Camoranesi has said third place is accessible for Juventus as he champions the team for one final push.
Two points separate the team from fourth-placed Palermo, but hope of qualifying for the Champions League directly is high.
"I think we have the possibility of finishing in third place," he told Juventus Channel.
"Other teams who have won many points over the past few months may slow down, and the contrary could happen to us."
Camoranesi returned to action against Fulham in the Europa League following a two-week injury absence, and the vibes are good.
"We deserved to win and this result gives us an advantage for the return leg in London," he concluded.
Juventus take a 3-1 aggregate lead to Craven Cottage next week.
