Forward Nicola Amoruso Positive That Atalanta Can Defeat Parma
The striker has faith in his team-mates...
By Rick D'Andrea
Amoruso will be coming up against his former side, and wants to prove a point.
"With the right determination and spirit, the match against Parma can be the turning point of our season," the 35-year-old told Bergamonews.it. "The game against Udinese last week left us bitter, as we felt we deserved maximum points.
"Parma have a quality line-up, and a coach who knows what he is doing. What scares us the most is their strikers in [Valeri] Bojinov and [Jonathan] Biabiany. The latter is a real talent, that is skilled technically, and has lots of speed.
"Despite having settled in well at Parma, I will have extra motivation to do well against my former team. I am now here at Bergamo to focus on saving Atalanta from relegation," summed up Amoruso.
