Fiorentina face a tough fight to hold onto goalkeeper Sebastien Frey because Manchester United and Bayern Munich want him.
La Repubblica claims Frey is on his way out and he will join the club that offers Fiorentina anything from €15 million to €18 million for his services.
Two Champions League matches against Bayern Munich have convinced directors there that Frey is worthy of surpassing Hans-Joerg Butt in between the sticks at the Allianz Arena.
United have also looked at the Frenchman. They are making moves to replace Edwin Van der Sar at the end of the season.
Fiorentina seem set to miss out on Champions League qualification as they are currently 11 points off fourth-placed Palermo in Serie A, and this could prompt Frey to reconsider his future.
