By Salvatore Landolina
Inter striker Mario Balotelli is out of Friday's trip to Catania with a knee problem, the club said on Thursday.
The Nerazzurri travel to Sicily this evening for their Round 28 anticipo fixture at the Massimino. But Balotelli will stay behind
"In the last training session, Mario Balotelli complained of pain following an injury to his right knee," read an extract of the note on their official website.
The extent of his injury remains unknown, but he is likely to undergo further tests ahead of the Champions League clash with Chelsea next week.
Inter also confirmed Marko Arnautovic is out with a fever. Walter Samuel is suspended, while Cristian Chivu is still recovering from his head injury.
