The Italian is confident his side can craft a way to their objective of playing on the continent next season as they occupy fourth place, two points ahead of the Bianconeri.
"The fight for the Champions League? Juventus are not the favourites compared to my Palermo," he told Il Messaggero Veneto.
"We have to keep our psychological strength as we are not used to certain types of pressure."
Zamparini agrees that much of the Rosanero revival has been influenced by their coach Delio Rossi.
"He [Rossi] is the best coach I have ever had. He is serious and competent."
