Roma and Milan have been linked with the former Inter man following his revival season with the Brazilian champions.
"I think that Adriano has all the right ingredients to do well on the European continent," agent Gilmar Rinaldi told SportTv.
"He has grown up plenty in these years. He is no longer 18, but 28. He's mature now."
Adriano joined Flamengo from Inter last year after making 177 appearances for the Nerazzurri, during which he scored 74 goals.
