Gian Piero Gasperini loves Juventus, but those feelings will change when he takes his Genoa side to Turin on Sunday.
Gasperini's side are level on points with Juventus, and the game will offer them a chance to leap into the European zone. The Genoa coach was linked with a role at the club in the summer, but opted to stay in Liguria - a move he doesn't regret.
"Genoa are already a great side, my great team. I admire Juventus and they run through my veins, but I will beat them on Sunday," he told Sportmediaset.it.
Juventus' poor form has raised belief for Genoa, but Gasperini knows winning will be easy to get wrong.
"We need to make no mistakes and play with quality and courage. We hope they are still in a moment of difficulty," he added.
"It will be hard, but possible."
