The 27-year-old has not played in an official match for the club this season, after being branded a 'rebel' by president Claudio Lotito during the summer. The South American recently failed in an appeal to the Lega Calcio to have his contract terminated.
However, it now appears he may stay with the club and be utilised by the former Napoli and Hajduk Split tactician.
"Ledesma is now available to the team if the coach deems it is appropriate for him to play. He is now back into consideration," the Biancocelesti official was quoted as saying by Calciomercato.it.
Ledesma joined the club from Lecce in 2006.
Meanwhile, the Albanian also confirmed the length of Reja's contract, who officially replaced Davide Ballardini on Wednesday. The deal will run until the end of next season.
"Reja has signed a contract with us until 2011," he concluded.
