AC Milan’s Daniele Bonera Delighted To Be Back
Milan man relieved to put his injury woes behind him…

"I am back after 11 months.” He told Fifa.com, following Milan’s goalless draw with Bologna on Sunday, “It was a reward for my perseverance and all the sacrifices I have made in this long time away from the field.”
The former Parma man started alongside Thiago Silva at the heart of the Rossoneri defence in what was his first match in almost a year and was satisfied with his display.
“My performance today was a demonstration of the fact that I'm fine. This was an important test for me."
Finally, Bonera admitted that he felt his side were a little unfortunate not to win the game and that they would continue to take the season one game at a time.
"The team was a bit unlucky on some occasions," added Bonera. "We just think about playing well, think about ourselves and do not look at the standings too much."
