'Er Purpone' was pleased with the result against the Zebrette...
By Rick D'Andrea
Roma captain Francesco Totti was delighted with the Giallorossi's 2-0 victory over Udinese in the first leg of their Coppa Italia semi-final.
The Lupi also managed to keep a clean sheet in the win and the 33-year-old striker has describe the victory as "the perfect match".
"What we played this evening was the perfect match," Totti stated on his blog, Francescototti.com. "It was important to win by two goals and not concede because it was the first leg of a two-legged tie.
"But I am convinced that in April, we will encounter another Udinese squad, that is more motivated, and will render our lives difficult.
"Therefore, we will need to be at our best, and fully concentrate on the match," added Totti.
