Former Juventus star Raffaele Palladino is planning a surprise for his old side when they visit Genoa later today, and it is a nasty one.
The hitman will face his former club in a match which could prove pivotal for both teams, in terms of their seasonal objectives. Genoa are hoping to maintain their firm grip on fourth place, while the Bianconeri are hoping to keep in touch with Inter.
Palladino played for Juventus, before moving to the Grifoni. He knows the Turin-based club well, and he planning a trap to take them down and end their Scudetto hopes.
"Juventus should be scared of us because we are not a provincial side which closes up and plays the long ball," Palladino told Tuttosport.
"We are a team that will score against them sooner or later. We play with the ball on the ground are thus we are a very attacking side. They have to be careful not to concede."
Palladino is hoping to fire his side into the Champions League and he believes a win against Juventus will help the difficult cause.
"Talking about the Champions League is still unclear, but as a club we are hoping to make history," concluded the Italian.
