The Slovakian international has attracted interest from a host of big European clubs since his arrival at the Azzurri in 2007 from Brescia.
"The player will not be going anywhere," Bigon revealed to Il Mattino as quoted by TuttoNapoli.net. "He thinks along the same lines as us."
The 22-year-old also helped his nation qualify for the World Cup for the first time.
