Milan Prepare €25 Million Bid For Wolfsburg Striker Edin Dzeko
The Rossoneri are back in the running for Dzeko and they have provisioned funds for a deal...
Milan are ready to leap into action on the transfer market and offer Wolfsburg €25 million for striker Edin Dzeko.
According to Il Corriere Dello Sport, the Rossoneri will send one of their market consultants to Bosnia so they can negotiate with the player's father and agent. Their objective is to cement their interest and speak about a strategy for when they meet Wolfsburg directors with a bid.
The Bundesliga outfit value their man at around €40m, which would be a stretch for the Italian side. However, Il Diavolo's advantage lies in Dzeko's will to join them, and they will exploit this in an attempt to lower Wolfsburg's asking price.
Milan will be confident of wrapping up a deal, but they need to do it soon, as both Chelsea and Manchester United are keeping track of Dzeko's situation.
