The agent of Udinese midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino has dismissed speculation that Juventus are set to revive their interest in his client during the January transfer window.

D'Agostino came close to moving to the Stadio Olimpico last summer, but the Old Lady powers that be ultimately pulled the plug on the move after refusing to meet Udinese's asking price.

However, the Turin giants are said to be back on his trail to reinforce their midfield line following their poor recent results and press reports have also suggested they could face competition from Napoli.

“I can assure you that I have not heard from Juve up until now,” agent Franco Zavaglia told Tuttomercatoweb.

“And the same goes for Napoli. As it stands, barring any changes, the player will stay at Udinese.”
