Udinese Sporting Director: Gaetano D'Agostino Is Not On His Way To Juventus
The 27-year-old is on the Turin club's radar, but apparently will not be leaving the Zebrette...
Udinese sporting director Sergio Gasparin has dismissed press stories that claim midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino is on his way to Serie A giants Juventus during the winter transfer window.
"That is a totally false assumption, it's only media speculation," he was quoted as saying by Tuttojuve.com.
"D'Agostino will not go to Juventus or any other team."
The player's agent recently revealed that D'Agostino dreams of a move to Juventus, but these latest statements indicate it will not be occurring this winter.
Meanwhile, Fiorentina sporting director Pantaleo Corvino announced in an interview with Il Corriere dello Sport, that he is certain Luca Toni, Goran Pandev, and D'Agostino will all secure respective transfers to Roma, Lazio, and Juventus.
