Cesare Maldini: Inter Are ‘Formidable’, But Milan Are Doing Well Under Leonardo
The former tactician has given his view on the Serie A title race…
“Inter are an extraordinary team who have a very big squad which is made up of super-trustworthy players,” the 77-year-old told ilsussidiario.net.
“They are a formidable club which is gifted with exceptional capabilities.
“But Milan are also having a good season because Leonardo is proving to be a good tactician after some initial difficulties.
“His professionalism, coupled with his vast football knowledge, is producing great results.”
Milan sit second in the Serie A standings, eight points behind Inter, but have a game in hand after their final match of the year against Fiorentina was postponed.
