David Beckham's arrival date at Milan has arrived, and the 34-year-old midfielder could be available to play as early as January 6 against Genoa.
The LA Galaxy star signed an on-loan contract with the Rossoneri a few weeks ago, and is able to play with the Diavoli for the last half of the European football season.
Beckham will also want to find some form and game time leading into next year's World Cup in June, where he is on the fringe of the team coached by Fabio Capello, according to Goal.com Italia.
The former England captain could also line up against former side Manchester United in the Champions League in February, should coach Leonardo pick him in the side.
This will be Beckham's second loan spell at the Rossoneri.
