After collecting 15 points in nine games since taking charge of struggling Livorno, coach Serse Cosmi weighed up the past 12 months in a recent interview with SkySport.
“2009 has been a very negative year for myself given the fact that I wasn’t able to coach for most of it,” he declared.
“However, these past two months with Livorno have enabled me to wipe away some of the bitterness. I wanted to get back to where I belong with the right people and I think that I have been lucky to realise this.”
The coach then expressed his views ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
“I am not one to make demands. However, I think that the squad needs some tweaking. In attack we need a player with the right characteristics and I think that our main objective this winter must be to find another striker.”
