Juventus Pondering Luiz Felipe Scolari Move - Report
The Bianconeri have reportedly set their sights on Scolari...
The report claims Roberto Bettega's return as vice general director at the club could bring in a series of changes to reverse the slide and engage positive thinking in the squad.
Scolari is currently at Uzbekistan side Budnyodkor, but the former Chelsea coach would be tempted by a decent offer. The idea would be to bring him in until the end of the season before offering a permanent deal if he delivers the club's targets. He can speak Italian, which will be an added bonus, but Juve want his services to revive Brazilian trio Amauri, Felipe Melo and Diego.
The club paid €72 million in total for the three men and they are keen to have them firing back to their best. Ferrara has been unable to bring out their greatest form, leading to speculation that Scolari's experience and man management skills will be the antidote to Juve's problems.
Juventus have always stood by Ferrara despite a number of reports previously. But they are yet to pass comment on the latest rumours involving Scolari.
